The 1st Annual Motor City Tap Fest includes:

  • 4 days of master classes with leading tap artists from coast to coast
  • An All-Star Faculty Concert, featuring our esteemed faculty
  • A Panel Discussion to learn about the business from working professionals
  • A Tap Jam to learn how to improvise!
  • A Participants' Showcase, a chance for attendees to perform for peers and faculty

Dates: June 26-29, 2008
The festival will take place at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center
The Faculty Concert and Participants' Showcase will be at the George A. Dondero Auditorium at Royal Oak Middle School, 709 N. Washington Ave., Royal Oak

There is a special rate at the Detroit Marriott for attendees, but another option is the Courtyard by Marriott across the street on Jefferson Ave.
